My background spans healthcare, aviation, production, world-renowned theme parks, and team leadership. Through these, I’ve learned how to listen deeply, communicate with purpose, and guide others through transformative moments.

Whether I’m mentoring a teammate, crafting support content, or mapping out user journeys, what continues to drive me is my belief that every interaction is a chance to make someone feel seen, understood, and empowered.

Outside of work, you’ll usually find me with a camera in hand, exploring new places and seeking out the nearest museum—one of my favorite ways to learn about the world. While my zip code has changed over the years, Philadelphia will always be home. I’m a lifelong Philly sports fan (go Birds!), a regular at hockey games (ECHL has won me over - Go Solar Bears!), and an unapologetic elder emo with a deep love for live music and the bands that shaped my soundtrack growing up.
